Establish access and complete preliminary mechanical instrumentation of the root canal system. Load Ammdent Canalarge liquid into an endodontic irrigation syringe fitted with a side-vented needle. Dispense the chelating solution into the canal, ensuring depth placement without binding. Allow the irrigant to react with the canal walls for 1 to 2 minutes to soften calcifications and smear layer. Perform mechanical reaming or filing while maintaining liquid presence for lubrication. Thoroughly flush the root canal system with saline or sodium hypochlorite to clear residual chelator and debris. Dry the canal using paper points before proceeding with obturation.
