Complete standard biomechanical canal shaping and thorough chemical irrigation. Dry the root canal system completely using suitable sterile paper points. Secure an applicator tip to the pre-filled Calpex syringe dispenser. Insert the delivery tip into the canal and slowly extrude the paste near the apical region. Backfill the canal evenly while withdrawing the applicator tip to avoid trapping air bubbles. Clean excess paste from the access chamber using a sterile cotton pellet. Seal the coronal cavity securely with a temporary restorative material until the next appointment. Thoroughly remove the temporary dressing prior to final root canal obturation.
