1. Perform local anesthesia and isolate the pediatric operative quadrant.
2. Reduce the occlusal surface by 1.0 to 1.5 mm following natural tooth contours.
3. Reduce proximal surfaces clearing mesial and distal contact areas completely.
4. Select the appropriate size 3M ESPE Stainless Steel Crown E based on mesiodistal dimensions.
5. Trial fit the crown and adjust gingival margins using crown crimping pliers if necessary.
6. Clean, dry, and isolate the prepared primary molar.
7. Fill the crown interior with a suitable luting cement and seat firmly onto the tooth.
8. Remove excess cement from gingival sulcus and verify proper occlusal alignment.
