1. Perform local anesthesia and isolate the treatment field with a rubber dam.
2. Remove dental decay and perform pulp therapy if clinically required.
3. Reduce the occlusal surface evenly by approximately 1.0 to 1.5 mm.
4. Clear proximal contact areas mesially and distally while maintaining smooth margins.
5. Measure the mesiodistal space and select the corresponding crown size from the ND96 tray.
6. Try-in the crown to evaluate occlusion, seating height, and marginal fit.
7. Contour or crimp cervical edges using crown pliers if minor adjustment is needed.
8. Clean and dry the prepared primary tooth and internal crown surface.
9. Fill the crown with appropriate luting cement and seat it firmly over the tooth.
10. Remove excess extruded cement after initial setting and verify interocclusal clearance.
