1 Pack Contains:
* 2 × Stainless Steel Primary Molar Crowns (First Molar - D)

1. Perform local anesthesia and isolate the affected primary molar thoroughly using a rubber dam or cotton rolls.
2. Reduce the occlusal surface uniformly by 1.0–1.5 mm while clearing proximal contacts using a fine tapered diamond bur.
3. Select the appropriate size of Primary First Molar Crown-D by measuring the mesiodistal width of the prepared tooth.
4. Trial-fit the crown over the preparation to evaluate margin placement, gingival seating, and proper occlusal height.
5. Trim or contour the cervical margins if required using crown scissors and contouring pliers to ensure precise fit.
6. Clean, disinfect, and dry the inner surface of the metal crown prior to final cementation.
7. Fill the crown interior with a suitable glass ionomer or polycarboxylate luting cement and seat it firmly.
8. Remove all excess cement from the cervical margins before initial setting and verify the child's occlusion.
