1. Insert the uncoated central gap of the strip into the interproximal space below the contact point.
2. Position the coarser abrasive section against the restoration surface to contour excess material and refine margins.
3. Draw the strip back and forth using gentle, controlled pull strokes along the interproximal wall.
4. Shift the strip to apply the finer abrasive section to achieve a smooth, stain-resistant final polish.
5. Remove the strip carefully from the interproximal area and rinse away abraded particles.
