1. Select the correct crown form size matching the patient's natural primary anterior tooth dimensions.
2. Prepare the primary tooth conservatively and complete necessary etch and bonding steps.
3. Trim the cervical margin of the transparent crown form to fit the gingival outline cleanly.
4. Fill the strip crown form with the chosen composite resin, avoiding trapped air bubbles.
5. Seat the filled crown form over the prepared tooth and gently remove excess material at the margins.
6. Polymerize the composite thoroughly through the clear matrix using a dental curing light.
7. Slit the strip crown form longitudinally and peel away the plastic shell, followed by final finishing.
