1. Select the correct crown form size by measuring the mesiodistal width of the primary anterior tooth.
2. Trim the cervical margin of the strip crown using crown shears to fit the gingival contour accurately.
3. Punch a small vent hole on the lingual aspect to allow excess composite material to escape.
4. Etch and apply dental adhesive to the prepared primary tooth structure according to standard protocol.
5. Fill the transparent crown form with chosen light-cure or dual-cure composite resin.
6. Seat the filled crown form firmly over the prepared tooth and remove excess composite extruded from the margins.
7. Polymerize the composite through the transparent form using a light-curing unit.
8. Slice the celluloid form along the lingual aspect with a sharp explorer or blade and gently strip away the shell.
