1. Prepare the impression tray by applying designated polyether tray adhesive and letting it dry completely.
2. Load the base and catalyst components into the automated Pentamix dispenser.
3. Dispense mixed monophase material directly into the prepared tray, keeping the tip immersed to prevent air trapping.
4. Syringe a portion around the prepared margins or implant abutments if additional soft tissue detail is required.
5. Seat the tray into position within the 2-minute 45-second working window and maintain steady support.
6. Allow the material to cure fully until the total intraoral set time of 6 minutes is complete.
7. Remove the set tray carefully, then disinfect, rinse, and dry the final polyether impression.
