3M ESPE Impregum Soft Refills are premium elastomeric polyether impression material refills engineered for precision crown, bridge, inlay, onlay, and implant prosthodontics. Unlike standard VPS impression materials, polyether features natural intrinsic hydrophilicity, allowing it to displace saliva and blood to capture fine margin details flawlessly.

The soft formulation specifically addresses the high rigidity associated with conventional polyether, making impression tray removal easier for the clinician while providing enhanced comfort for the patient. Its signature snap-set mechanism maintains constant flowability during the initial working period before setting rapidly, guarding against internal strain and distortion. Supplied in a traditional hand-mix dual-tube configuration, this pack contains two 120 ml base tubes and two 15 ml catalyst tubes with a mixing pad.

1 Pack Contains:
* 2 × Base Paste Tubes – 120 ml each
* 2 × Catalyst Paste Tubes – 15 ml each

1. Dispense equal lengths of base paste and catalyst paste onto a glass slab or mixing pad.
2. Mix the components thoroughly using a spatula for 45 seconds until a homogeneous color is achieved.
3. Load the mixed polyether material into a suitable tray and/or intraoral elastomeric syringe.
4. Insert and seat the tray in the patient's mouth within the 2-minute 30-second working time window.
5. Hold the impression tray motionless in the mouth until the material sets completely at 5 minutes 30 seconds.
6. Remove the set impression carefully, rinse under cold water, disinfect per standard clinical protocol, and dry before laboratory pouring.
