1. Prepare the cavity, clean thoroughly, and isolate the treatment area using preferred moisture control.
2. Apply a compatible dental adhesive according to the manufacturer instructions and light cure.
3. Dispense the flowable composite directly into the cavity preparation up to a depth of 4 mm.
4. Adapt the material along the internal preparation walls and allow natural self-leveling.
5. Light cure the increment using a standard dental curing light following recommended exposure times.
6. For stress-bearing occlusal restorations, place a minimum 2 mm capping layer of aesthetic universal composite and light cure.
7. Finish and polish the restoration using standard composite finishing tools.
