Delivery Location
* Permits single-step placement up to 5 mm depth without requiring incremental layering
* Utilizes advanced methacrylate monomers to minimize shrinkage and internal polymerization stress
* Features genuine nanofiller technology for improved physical strength and long-lasting polish
* Streamlines treatment workflows, reducing chairside placement time significantly
* Eliminates the need for specialized or expensive dispensing apparatus
* Maintains smooth sculptability and shape retention prior to light polymerization
* Designed specifically to withstand heavy mechanical occlusal forces in posterior regions
* Provides smooth adaptation to internal cavity walls to lower the risk of microleakage
The 3M ESPE Filtek Bulk Fill Composite Syringe 4gm simplifies posterior restorative procedures by allowing dentists to place material in single increments up to 5 mm deep. By doing away with multi-layering techniques and specialized dispensing guns, it streamlines clinical protocols while preserving structural strength.
Engineered with 3M's TRUE nanofiller technology and specialized low-stress methacrylate monomers, this material reduces polymerization contraction and offers high resistance to occlusal wear. It exhibits excellent handling properties, allowing simple contouring of posterior tooth structures before curing. The 4g syringe configuration provides precise control and convenient placement directly into prepared cavity surfaces.

1. Prepare the Class I or Class II cavity using standard restorative protocols and isolate the field.
2. Apply an appropriate dental adhesive system and light cure according to manufacturer directions.
3. Dispense the composite directly into the cavity preparation in a single increment up to 5 mm.
4. Adapt the resin against the cavity walls and sculpt the occlusal anatomy.
5. Polymerize with a compatible curing light for 10 seconds each from occlusal, buccal, and lingual aspects.
6. Complete the restoration by finishing and polishing using standard composite finishing tools.
